Free Taster Session
To give you total confidence in our service and our people, we offer a Free one hour “Getting To Know You” session. At this session your parents can assess both our staff and the quality of her cleaning work to ensure that they are happy with both the person and her standard of work.
Our Guarantee
The quality of our work is paramount. If on any particular occasion, your parent doesn’t feel the service is of the expected standard, we won’t charge you for that visit.
The Highest Level Of Service
- It will always be the same person visiting which means that they will develop a close and friendly relationship with your parent(s) or loved one.
- After 2 weeks we will contact you to check that you are happy with all aspects of the relationship
- All our staff are enhanced DBS checked
- All our staff are English speakers
