- Listen - At an initial meeting we will listen very carefully to exactly what services you want – whether that’s cleaning, companionship or both and tailor our service to your exact requirements.
- Regularity – you specify how often you want our help, whether that’s 2 hours once a week, 1 hour twice a week or whatever is right for you. You specify precisely what you want.
- Consistency – the same staff member will always visit you (excluding holidays and days off)
- Monitor – after two weeks we will contact you to check everything is running smoothly. We will then continue to periodically make contact to ensure the service is of the best standard.
- Invoice – we will invoice you at the end of the month. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or online.
